The Maine Diner is again making its annual Blueberry Pancake Fundraiser to cure Sanfilippo Syndrome available nationwide! 

In addition to all dine-in and takeout pancake sales on Jan. 28 (National Blueberry Pancake Day), every online shipping order of their frozen blueberry pancake batter placed through Feb. 28 will benefit Cure Sanfilippo Foundation.

So no matter where you are in the U.S., you can be a part of the Maine Diner’s 2022 Blueberry Pancake Fundraiser and help children like Spencer Smith. And who can resist pancakes that have been featured on Food Network, The Today Show, and the Phantom Gourmet.

Spencer is 7-years-old, lives in nearby Lexington, MA, and has Sanfilippo Syndrome. His family has been friends and fans of the Maine Diner for years. The Maine Diner has generously hosted this fundraiser for the past three years to help find a cure.
