The inaugural was such a success, that Harper’s family is so excited for the 2026 Hope Fore Harper Golf Tournament on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, at Twin Anchors Golf Course in Colo, IA.

The 2026 Hope Fore Harper golf tournament supports the Jamison family’s ongoing care needs and mission of Cure Sanfilippo Foundation and another rare disease foundation to advance research and amplify advocacy for children with rare diseases.

Harper is 7 years old and living with Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare, terminal genetic disorder also known as childhood Alzheimer’s. It progressively takes away a child’s ability to walk, talk, and eat.

The golf tournament is a 9-hole, best-short tournament. Registration includes lunch, raffle prizes, and signature “Tee Time to Bid Time” community celebration.

“Planning stages for year 2 have begun and we want to make it bigger and better than last year. We are currently looking for businesses, families, and individuals to sponsor this year’s tournament. There are various sponsorship levels to help accommodate everyone’s giving ability. We even offer a level to chip in with additional support like an auction item or a monetary donation.
