Join us at the 2025 Mighty Maverick Muscle Run on Saturday, June 28, for a fun and family-friendly day! All while supporting a great cause! Event proceeds and donations benefit Cure Sanfilippo Foundation in honor of Maverick.

The 5K run/walk will be held at the Miller Ecological Park in Lebanon, OH. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. The run/walk begins at 10:00 a.m.

This event is in honor of Maverick, who is turning 3 and has Sanfilippo Syndrome. He lives with his family in Lebanon.

Sanfilippo Syndrome is a terminal, neurodegenerative disease that causes children to lose all the skills they’ve gained. These children suffer seizures and movement disorders, experience pain and suffering, and then die in their teens. Currently, there is no FDA-approved treatment or cure.

Your participation in this event helps fund research to find a treatment or cure for children with Sanfilippo Syndrome like Maverick Lana and his family.
