The 2025 Do It for Declan 5K and Fun Run is a 1-mile fun run event. Registration includes a t-shirt. All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Cure Sanfilippo Foundation.

This event is in honor of Declan, who lives in the Wylie area and has Sanfilippo Syndrome. Learn more about Declan and Sanfilippo Syndrome.

Last year raised more than $22,000 to support research to find a cure for Sanfilippo Syndrome. Declan’s family is hoping to make this year the biggest yet.
