With your help, we can find a cure for Sanfilippo syndrome. Each December, the community of Wylie, Texas, comes together to raise awareness and financial support for critical research for the 2024 Do It For Declan 5K. The event is called “Do it for Declan” because we do it all for a Declan Sink, who lives in Wylie, and other children suffering from Sanfilippo Syndrome. Most people have never even heard of Sanfilippo.

By signing up for the 2024 Do It For Declan 5K, you are already spreading awareness. All proceeds from our one-mile fun run and 5K go directly to the non-profit Cure Sanfilippo Foundation. Your participation is a contribution, an action, and hope. We are racing for a cure.
